Arrangements regarding information and research of oat

Complaint can be filed if complaint or notice is not registered

Misleading, false or fictitious information may be retained

A special team may be constituted to investigate

Detention

Period of detention for investigation and procedure thereon

Investigating Officer may release person in custody

Taking statements and interrogatories

Answer the questions asked

Corpse to be examined

Physical evidence to be examined

Wounds should be examined

Expert opinion can be obtained

Must be identified

Research diary should be kept

Can request opinions, advice regarding research

the Attorney General may give necessary directions with respect to the investigation

Can be sent to the relevant body

Investigation of offenses committed outside Nepal
