Section 37
Delegation of Powers
: (1) The Assembly may delegate some powers to the Academic Council, the Executive Council or the Vice-Chancellor as per the requirements of the powers granted to it under this Act.
(2) The Academic Council and the Executive Council may delegate some of the rights granted to them according to this Act to any official or subordinate body of the institution as required.
