: (1) The Executive Committee may delegate some powers to the Authority and the Executive Head as required out of the powers granted to it in accordance with this Act and the rules made under this Act.
(2) State Disaster Management Committee, District Disaster Management Committee and Local Disaster Management Committee may delegate some of the powers they have received according to this Act and the rules made under this Act to the chairman of the relevant committee and other authorized employees as needed.
