: (1) If any organization related to health sciences established and operating in accordance with prevailing laws wishes to be incorporated with the foundation, the foundation may incorporate such organization into the foundation.
(2) According to sub-section (1), the basis and procedures related to incorporating the organization shall be as prescribed.
