(1) If there are children whose parents have not been identified or found within the geographical area of ​​a local level, it will be the responsibility of the relevant local level to provide education up to the basic level of such children, to arrange tutoring and other related matters.
(2) The concerned ward committee of the local level shall be responsible for providing education as per sub-section (1).
(3) Notwithstanding anything written in sub-section (1), if the parents of the respective children are identified or discovered, the parents shall take responsibility for it.
(4) Other arrangements related to the education of children whose parents are not identified shall be as prescribed.
