: (1) The Foundation shall establish a hospital to conduct high-level studies and research in the field of health and to provide quality and accessible health services.
(2) The Rapti sub-regional hospital established and operating in accordance with the prevailing law at the time of commencement of this Act shall be deemed to have been established in accordance with sub-section (1).
(3) The operation and management of the hospital shall be as prescribed.
