Section 4
Commission to be an autonomous body

(1) The Commission shall be a self-governing body with uninterrupted succession.
(2) The Commission shall have a separate seal for the purpose of all its proceedings.
(3) The Commission may acquire, use, sell or otherwise dispose of movable and immovable property such as persons.
(4) The Commission may file a complaint in its own name as well as a person and may also file a complaint against the Commission in the same name.
(5) The Commission may enter into contracts with individuals, exercise rights and perform obligations under contracts.
