: (1) The Commission shall conduct the examination of the answer book of the written examination by an expert in the relevant subject.
(2) According to sub-rule (1), the Commission shall provide the relevant experts with the method of testing and the method of evaluation as per the requirement.
(3) The answer book according to sub-rule (1) will be secretly examined by the relevant experts on time.
