In addition to the functions, duties and powers mentioned elsewhere in this Act, the functions, duties and powers of the Vice-President shall be as follows:-
(a) To carry out the policies, plans and programs approved by the commission (b) Prepare the annual program, plan and budget of the Commission and submit it to the Commission (c) To execute the decisions of the Commission and the Committee (d) To manage the staff of the Commission and perform other managerial functions,
(e) To do other work as specified.
