(1) The fund shall have the necessary number of employees.
(2) The appointment, remuneration, facilities and service conditions of the employees as per sub-section (1) shall be as prescribed.
(3) The government of Nepal will provide the necessary staff until the staff of the fund is appointed.
(4) Notwithstanding anything written in subsection (3), if the government of Nepal is unable to provide the required number of employees, the fund may appoint employees on contract until the employees are appointed to the fund.
(5) The Fund may engage the services of any expert as required. The service facilities provided to such expert shall be as determined by the fund subject to the prevailing law.
