: (1) There will be an executive committee for the implementation of the policies and plans approved by the Council.
(2) The formation of the Executive Committee shall be as follows:-
(a) The Home Minister of the Government of Nepal - Chairman (b) Ministers of the Government of Nepal who look after matters related to urban development, health, federal affairs and local development - Member (c) Secretaries of the Ministries of the Government of Nepal - Members (d) Government of Nepal, Secretary of the Office of the Prime Minister and Council of Ministers - Member (e) Rathi, Nepalese Army - Member (f) Heads of Nepal Police, Armed Police Force, Nepal and National Investigation Department - Member (g) Executive Director, Nepal Rastra Bank - Member (h) Chairman, Nepal Telecommunication Authority - Member (j) Member-Secretary, Social Welfare Council-Member (j) President, Nepal Chamber of Commerce - Member (k) President, Nepal Red Cross Society - Member (l) President, Federation of Nepal Chamber of Commerce and Industry - Member (d) Executive Chief - Member Secretary
