(1) There shall be an Executive Committee to act as the executive body of the Commission (2) The composition of the committee will be as follows:-
(a) Vice-Chairman – Chairman (b) Directors – Members (c) Two members including at least one woman nominated by the Chairman from among the members of the Commission. (3) The Member-Secretary of the Commission shall act as the Member-Secretary of the Committee.
(4) The term of office of a member nominated to the committee shall continue as long as he remains a member of the commission.
(5) If a member nominated to the committee does not fulfill his responsibilities or does not behave according to his position, the chairman of the commission may remove him at any time and nominate another person on the recommendation of the chairman of the committee. But he shall not be deprived of the opportunity to submit his explanation before being so removed from office.
