Section 49
Not to work elsewhere during office hours
: (1) A doctor working in a government or public hospital or agency should not engage in any kind of medical profession, business or employment other than the hospital or agency he is assigned to during office hours.
(2) A doctor who works contrary to sub-section (1) will be punished according to the law related to his service conditions.
