(1) The vegetation, weeds or any other thing within the reserve should not be damaged by fire or any other way from inside or outside the boundary of the reserve.
(2) Roads, bridges, scaffolding, houses, office buildings, fences, signboards or any other objects within the reserve should not be damaged.
