Section 27
Privately funded schools are serviceable

(1) Privately invested schools should conduct early childhood development and education and basic education in a manner that is service-oriented and public welfare.
(2) The detailed arrangements for making private investment schools service-oriented and public-welfare will be as determined by the Government of Nepal.
(3) Regardless of what is written in the existing law, after the commencement of this Act, each private investment school and the school operated under the public educational group, based on the number of students of the school, the total number of students from early childhood development and education to the twelfth grade, the school will reserve a place to provide free education to the students as follows. Will have to do.
(a) Schools having up to five hundred students at least ten percent.
(b) Schools having between five hundred and eight hundred students at least twelve per cent.
(c) Schools with more than eight hundred students at least fifteen percent (4) Notwithstanding anything contained in sub-section (2), the scholarship provided by any school at the commencement of this section shall not be reduced.
(5) In accordance with sub-section (2), eligible and capable children should be admitted on the basis of competition among the designated groups by adopting the selection procedure.
(6) In sub-section (1) the facilities to be provided by the private investment school to the students selected and admitted for the reserved place shall be as prescribed.
(7) The students who have been selected as per sub-section (2) in the reserved place as per sub-section (1) and are studying for free in the class in which they have taken free education, to apply for the purpose of receiving free study or scholarship in the class, level or prevailing law. will get
