: (1) The Vice-Chancellor shall appoint a Director on the recommendation of the Registrar to act as the administrative head of the hospital.
(2) The term of office of the Director shall be four years.
(3) Other duties, duties and rights, remuneration, facilities and other conditions of service of the director shall be as prescribed.
