: (1) After publication of the notice specifying the date of the election according to section 5, the Commission shall publish the notice of the election program.
(2) Registering the nomination papers of the candidates in the election program as per sub-section (1), publishing the list of candidates whose nomination papers have been registered, filing complaints against the candidates, checking the nomination papers, publishing the list of nominated candidates, withdrawing the names of the candidates, publishing the final list of candidates and The date, time and place of voting should also be mentioned.
(3) The election program according to this section will be published by the Commission in the Nepal Gazette (4) According to sub-section (1) the information according to the election program published by the commission shall be published by the election officer in the election officer's office.
