Section 27
The Government of Nepal shall be void
: (1) The Government of Nepal shall be void in cases under this Act.
(2) Cases related to offenses under sub-sections (1), (2) and (3) of section 24 shall be deemed to be included in Schedule-1 of the Government Cases Act, 2049.
