Rule 2
Definition
: In this regulation, unless the subject or context requires otherwise,–
(a) "Commission" means the Judicial Service Commission under Article 154 of the Constitution.
(b) "Act" means the Judicial Service Commission Act, 2073 (c) "Secretary" means the Secretary of the Council of Justice (d) “Secretariat” means the Secretariat of the Judicial Council.
(e) "Act relating to the Service" means the Civil Service Act, 2049.
(f) "Constitution" means the Constitution of Nepal.
