: (1) The work, duties and rights of the establishment shall be as follows:-
(A) To study, teach, train and conduct research on various health-related subjects (b) To provide quality and accessible health services,
(c) To study, teach, train in various health-related matters, and enter into agreements with institutions and hospitals (d)    To produce skilled manpower required for quality health care,
(e) To coordinate with domestic or foreign universities, educational institutions or hospitals to strengthen the various programs conducted by the institution and to enhance the quality of such programs,
(f) To establish, expand and strengthen relations with domestic and foreign universities, institutions and international organizations related to health and exchange mutual support,
(G)    To organize, hold,
symposiums, conferences, seminars, interactions on various health related topics (h) To publish various health-related books, leaflets, bulletins and awareness posters (j) To do other work as specified.
(2) The work, duties and rights of the Foundation shall be exercised and followed through the organization of the Foundation.
