Section 15
Special Provisions Regarding Provincial Disaster Management
: Notwithstanding anything else written in this Act, until the provincial assembly is elected and the provincial executive is formed, the provisions regarding disaster management at the provincial level shall be as prescribed by the Government of Nepal by publishing a notice in the Nepal Gazette.
