: The work, duties and rights of the Academic Council shall be as follows:-
(A) To formulate policies, plans and programs necessary to organize and regulate the educational, academic and research activities of the institution and submit them to the assembly for approval. (B) Conducting study and research programs to provide education in various subjects and levels related to health sciences (c)   determining the qualifications of teachers required for the establishment,
(d) To determine the level of study, research, training and training programs conducted by the institute and to approve the curriculum (e)   Selecting students,
(f)   prescribing criteria for examination,
(g)   Conducting examinations and publishing results,
(h)   Recommending to the assembly to award degrees to students who are successful in the study program conducted by the institution,
(i) Recommending in the assembly to award honorary degrees, scholarships, medals and prizes to be awarded on behalf of the institution,
(j)   Preparation of quality textbooks,
(k) To evaluate the studies, research, training and training programs conducted by the institute (l) To determine the fees for study, training and research,
(d) To implement and monitor decisions related to academic councils approved by the Assembly (d) To do other work as prescribed.
