Section 10
Establishment of Authority
: (1) There will be a National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Authority under the Ministry to effectively operate and manage activities related to disaster management.
(2) The Authority will work under the direct supervision and control of the Executive Committee (3) The central office of the Authority will be in Kathmandu Valley and may establish offices in other locations as required.
(4) The Authority shall act as the Secretariat of the Council and the Executive Committee (5) Other arrangements related to authorization shall be as prescribed.
