Section 17
Arrangements for Technical Education

(1) Every citizen who has completed the basic level shall have the right to receive secondary education or similar technical education according to the prevailing law.
(2) Apart from what is written in this section, the arrangements related to technical education provided after the basic level shall be in accordance with the prevailing law.
