Notwithstanding anything written elsewhere in this Act, the remuneration and service conditions and facilities of the General Secretary or Secretary appointed in accordance with the Act, 2055 on Remuneration, Service Conditions and Facilities of the General Secretary and Secretary of the Legislature-Parliament shall be in accordance with the said Act. 20.
