: (1) The Vice-Chancellor shall appoint a Registrar on the recommendation of the Vice-Chancellor to oversee the financial and personnel administration of the institution.
(2) The Registrar shall be a full-time officer of the institution.
(3) The term of office of the Registrar shall be four years (4) Other duties, duties and rights, remuneration, facilities and other conditions of service of the Registrar shall be as prescribed.
