Section 59
National Council on Child Rights
(1) In order to protect and promote the rights and interests of children, the Government of Nepal shall have a National Child Rights Council under the chairmanship of the Minister of Women, Children and Senior Citizens.
(2) The arrangement regarding the meeting and work, duties and rights of the Council shall be as prescribed.
