Rule 9
Without obtaining the written permission of the custodian if he is a custodian, of the assistant custodian if he is not a custodian, or of any employee designated by the Government of Nepal, except for obtaining a license to hunt wild animals or birds and not to spoil the flowers, nests or shells of birds or insects
No person shall hunt, chase or lure any wild animal or bird within the reserve or kill, catch or injure any wild animal, bird or insect or remove, damage or disturb the flower, nest or shell of any bird or insect.
