Section 22
Annual Report
(1) The Commission shall submit the annual report of its activities to the President within three months of the end of the financial year.
(2) In addition to other subjects, the annual report as per sub-section (1) shall also include the following subjects:- (a) details of the implementation of the Commission's annual program and the costs incurred,
(b) Details of recommendations and suggestions given by the Commission to the Government of Nepal or any other body,
(c) The status of implementation of recommendations and suggestions as per clause (b). (d) Financial and physical resources of the Commission and the condition of their use,
(e) Details of other actions taken in connection with the fulfillment of the obligations to be fulfilled by the Commission in accordance with this Act.
