(1) The Commission shall submit the annual report of the work done by it to the President within three months from the date of the end of the financial year.
(2) In addition to other subjects, the annual report as per sub-section (1) should also include the following subjects:- (a) Details and cost of implementation of the Commission's annual program,
(b) Details of recommendations and suggestions given by the Commission to the Government of Nepal or any other body,
(c) The state of implementation of the recommendations and suggestions according to clause (b). (d) Financial and physical resources of the Commission and the condition of their use (e) Details of other actions taken in connection with the fulfillment of the obligations to be fulfilled by the Commission in accordance with this Act.
