Section 45
Annual report
: (1) The local disaster management committee shall prepare an annual report with details of the work done in each financial year and submit it to the district disaster management committee and the state disaster management committee.
(2) The District Disaster Management Committee shall prepare an annual report with details of the work done in each financial year and submit it to the Provincial Disaster Management Committee.
(3) The Provincial Disaster Management Committee shall prepare an annual report with details of the work done in each financial year and submit it to the Council through the authority.
(4) The authority shall publicly publish the annual report as per sub-section (1).
