(1) Regardless of what is written in the prevailing law, universities, institutes and other educational institutions shall arrange for professors, associate professors and deputy professors with the minimum qualification and experience specified by the commission. But for higher education teaching, at least a master's degree in the relevant subject should be passed.
(2) Educational institutions under the council shall arrange for instructors with minimum qualifications and experience as specified by the Commission.
