: (1) The Vice-Chancellor shall appoint a Vice-Chancellor on the recommendation of the Vice-Chancellor to oversee the educational and academic work of the institution.
(2) The headmaster will be a full-time official working in the institution.
(3) The term of office of the Principal shall be four years.
(4) Other duties, duties and rights, remuneration, facilities and other conditions of service of the Principal shall be as prescribed.
