The local level may provide necessary educational materials such as copies and pens to financially disadvantaged children enrolled in public schools to receive education up to the basic level.
(2) The local level shall arrange access to necessary laboratories, extracurricular activity materials, sports materials, sports infrastructure, computers and information technology as specified for public schools providing education up to the basic level.
(3) Other arrangements related to providing educational materials shall be as prescribed.
