(1) Every university, institution or other educational institution shall work as a service area in at least one district designated by the Ministry of Health of the Government of Nepal on the recommendation of the Commission.
(2) The organization as per sub-section (1) shall provide community-based education and medical services including specialist services within its service area.
(3) The organization according to sub-section (1) shall conduct audit and social audit of the income and expenditure account in a transparent manner and submit the report to the commission and publish it regularly on its website.
