The Government of Nepal may publish a notice in the Nepal Gazette and classify the roads as follows:-
(a)    National Public Highway,
(b) State Public Roads,
(c)    Local roads,
(d)    Rural roads,
(e)    Urban roads,
(f)    agricultural roads, and
(g)    such other roads as may be prescribed.
