(1) The vice president and the members of the commission shall submit the property statement to the Ministry of Education of the Government of Nepal within sixty days of the appointment or nomination and within sixty days of the end of each financial year in the format specified in the current law. However, according to the prevailing law, the member of the commission who has the obligation to submit the asset statement to any other body is not required to submit a separate asset statement according to this section.
(2) The property details of the vice-president and members shall be made public by the Ministry of the Government of Nepal, which deals with education-related matters.
