If a person who receives part, money or expenses from a person according to a judgment files an application to the court to start the judgment without receiving the part, costs or money, and if the parties are the same, the court shall pay the part, costs or money as quickly as possible according to the judgment.
(2) If the portion, expenses or amount is not given according to sub-section (1), the person who has to give the portion, expenses or amount should also pay compensation to the applicant.
