Before the commencement of this Act, all actions taken by the Government of Nepal in relation to class and professional organizations and such organizations established and operating with the approval of the Government of Nepal shall be deemed to have been carried out in accordance with this Act and by such organizations Actions that do not conflict with this Act will also be considered as if they were done in accordance with this Act.
