The following properties shall be considered immovable :-
(a) house or land or structure attached thereto,
(b) any thing permanently attached to the house or land,
(c) Mines, stones or mineral objects attached to the land,
(d) Water in natural form, surface and underground water,
(e) Houses or other structures permanently constructed to float on rivers, lakes, ponds,
(f) trees, plants or fruit plants standing on the ground or fruits or flowers growing on such trees, plants or fruit plants, crops growing on the ground,
(g) any movable property attached to the immovable property.
(2) Notwithstanding anything written in sub-section (1), if any structure, object or part thereof attached or attached to any immovable property is separated from the immovable property in any way or made, the structure, object or part so separated or made shall be considered as movable property.
