: (1) When the employer makes the worker work overtime in accordance with section 30, he/she will have to pay twice the basic wage that he/she gets when working regularly.
(2) Whatever is written in sub-section (1) shall not be deemed to be a hindrance to the collective agreement to provide certain facilities in lieu of additional remuneration for working overtime or to provide facilities as mentioned in the employment contract in the case of managerial category workers.
