(1) An administrative court shall be constituted as follows –

(a) A person appointed or appointed by the Government of Nepal from among the persons who have reached the qualifications according to sub-section (1) of section 69 of the Act – Chairman

(B) One person designated or appointed by the Government of Nepal from among the officers working in at least gazetted first class post of Nepal Justice Service after graduation in law or persons having at least ten years experience in the field of law or justice after graduation in law - member

p> (c) One person designated or appointed by the Government of Nepal from among the officers who have graduated in any subject and are working at least in the gazetted first class position of the Nepal Administration Service or those who have graduated in any subject and have at least ten years of experience in the field of public administration – member

(2) The term of office of the chairman and members appointed according to sub-rule (1) shall be five years and they may be re-appointed.
