<br> as the court may order
If any of the parties to the contract perform any action or behavior that should not be performed according to the nature of the contract, if the fulfillment of the contract is not possible due to the reason that the party is aggrieved by such action or behavior, the party who is aggrieved by such action or behavior may file a complaint in the court to have such action or behavior stopped.
(2) If a complaint is filed in accordance with sub-section (1), the court may issue an appropriate order to any party to immediately stop any particular action or behavior so that the dispute arising from such contract is resolved in accordance with such contract or law.
(3) If an order has been issued in accordance with sub-section (1), the party aggrieved shall be entitled to recover any additional loss or damage caused by such party's non-compliance with such order.
