Section 64
Case cannot be processed without filing court fee
(1) No action shall be taken on the petition or appeal filed in the court, the counterclaim or the petition for review or reconsideration of the case without filing the court fee as per this paragraph.
(2) Except as otherwise mentioned in this paragraph, a petition, appeal or a case that is reviewed or reheard without filing the court fee shall be dismissed.
