Section 83
Court Fee Payer

(1) In the case of court fees, the winning party may collect the court fees from the losing party according to the judgment.
(2) If there is more than one respondent or appellant when paying the court fee in accordance with sub-section (1), it is determined that the amount of compensation will be received from as many people as possible. As many defendants or defendants as there are, the court fee shall be paid proportionally from each of them.
(3) In the event that a petition is filed without any or all of the court fees, the defendant or the appellant shall recover the court fees from the other party as well as a penalty.
(4) If the defendant or the appellant has claimed more than one matter, the court fee shall be charged from the other party.
(5) If the case is filed without any or all of the court fees, the defendant or the appellant will be recovered from the court fees incurred if the case is lost.
(6) According to this section, if the defendant or the appellant dies without receiving the payment of the court fee, such court fee shall be collected from his executor.
(7) If the appellant or the petitioner wins partially or completely when the case is decided on appeal or review or the case is repeated, he will be entitled to collect the court fee from the respondent.
