Rule 14
স<br> to get Mohiyan right of land in excess of maximum limit
If the deadline for filing a complaint in the notice published in accordance with Rule 6 has passed, the appeal will not be filed, in accordance with that notice and in the case of a complaint, according to the final decision of the complaint, the District Land Reforms Officer shall obtain from the concerned person the right to the land that exceeds the maximum limit specified in Section 8 of the Act. In accordance with the provisions of the Act, the transaction between Mohi and the land owner will be completed and sold or distributed according to the following rules. After receiving in such a way, it will be considered that the rights and rights of the concerned person in that land are automatically terminated. But–
(a) He shall not be withdrawn from the land he has chosen to maintain the right of pari mohiani within the maximum limit specified in section 8 of the Act.
(b) If the creditor who has been enjoying the mortgage of any land since before the commencement of this rule is not able to enjoy that right according to Section 8 of the Act, the amount of the mortgage of such land shall be returned to the borrower within the maximum limit specified in Section 8 of the Act. . If two or more such persons are enjoying the rights of Mohiyani by taking a bond, the previous owner will be returned according to the date of the document.
(e) Until the land acquired in accordance with this rule is transferred to the person entitled to sale or distribution in accordance with the following rules, the ex-mohi will be entitled to enjoy the custom according to the ex-officio.
(2) In accordance with this rule, the land received from Mohi under demarcation must be kept in writing until the sale and distribution is done.
