(1) In any of the following cases section 9A. Courts of Nepal shall have jurisdiction over crimes under: (a) For committing an offense under this Act within Nepal,
(b) for committing an offense on or against an aircraft registered in Nepal,
(c) For a crime to have been committed in the aircraft, and for the aircraft landing in Nepal with the person accused of that crime,
(d) In case of committing a crime in or against an aircraft given on a dry lease to a person having a residence within Nepal even if the principal place of business is within Nepal or there is no such principal place within Nepal.
(2) Except as provided in sub-section (1), section 9A. If the crime under this Act is committed anywhere else, if the accused of such crime is within Nepal and such accused is not extradited in accordance with this Act or the extradition treaty to which Nepal is a party.
