(1) The Government of Nepal may assign any or all of the rights conferred upon it under this Act by issuing a notified order and handing it over to any officer.
(2) The Government of Nepal may, by such order, grant the following rights without adversely affecting the generality of the rights conferred by sub-section (1):-
(a) searching any house, camp, boat, carriage or aircraft,
(b) If the officer considers that there is reasonable cause to believe that an offense has been committed in contravention of this Act in relation to any substance, he shall cause the substance to be seized and filed, (c) arrest such person if the officer considers that there is reasonable cause to believe that any person has committed an offense in contravention of this Act.
