(1) The Assembly may delegate some powers to the Academic Council, Executive Council and the Vice-Chancellor as required out of the powers granted to it in accordance with this Act.
(2) The Academic Council, Executive Council or Service Commission may delegate some of the powers granted to them under this Act to any officer of the institution or any subordinate body as required.
