(1) The investigating officer may publish a notice in the Nepal Gazette and delegate all or some of the rights vested in him under this Act to any officer-level employee of the Government of Nepal.
(2) When delegating the authority as per sub-section (1), the territorial jurisdiction where the concerned employee can exercise the authority shall be as specified in the notification.
(3) The officer entitled to exercise the authority under sub-section (1) shall be responsible to the investigating officer for that purpose.
